TERMS OF USE xCash

• xCash is an internal use point at ARTxBOX, it cannot be converted to any currency, meaning that once converted it will not be refunded.
• Unused xCash balance is permanently retained in the member’s account
• To successfully purchase a product, the minimum xCash balance in the account after payment must be >=1
• In case the account is locked due to violating our policies, the xCash balance will be frozen.

This policy is applicable from September 1, 2025, in case of updating the terms the applicable period may change.
